Hitek Nails

I have NEVER been so disrespected by a business owner in my life! I called this morning for a pedicure. The lady said "Can you come at 5:15 today?". I said yes and repeated the time as I wrote it on my calendar. She asked my name so I gave it to her and she said "okay. See you at 5:15". At 5:11 pm, I walked into her shop and she was SO rude!!! As she was working on a manicure, she said (with MAJOR attitude) "I thought you weren't coming". So I replied with "You said 5:15?". She got very snotty and argumentative and said "No. I said 5! I would not have said 5:15!". So I said again that she had indeed told me 5:15. She proceeded to ignore me and went back to her manicure client. I waited 1 more minute for her to apologize or say something about finishing up soon and she refused to even look

This was the best nail experience I’ve had in LaGrand! Kim was the sweetest person and so generous! Her prices are very reasonable and not over priced at all. I would definitely recommend hitek nails 🫶🏼

Love my nail tech Kim! 10 stars if I could. Please respect her work ethic and tip her good as she keeps the price below others as it is. More people should work hard like she does.

Love Kim and the fabulous work she does!! I drive over 50 miles one way to go to Hitek, and I'm not the only one, I know of lots of people who drive a long ways to see her. Her prices are more than fair, and it's decently easy to get an appointment. I won't go anywhere else!
