My daughter just came in today for her birthday to get a haircut. She was really excited. The stylist rushed through her cut, told her to just let it air dry, didn't style it at all and charged us $35. It turned out sloppy and terrible and now my daughter is feeling so bad about herself! Shame on you!!! If you don't have time to take appointments (this one was booked over a week ago btw) then don't take them. Don't just rush through and ruin people's hair!!! The bangs alone are atrocious! We could have done better at home our selves!!! I normally let things go and don't write reviews but this salon has ruined our hair before and this is a last straw! I have gone to Cappelli on and off for literally years. I travel a lot so I’m not a regular regular—but it’s almost always a reasonable walk-in wait. Or timely appointments. Consistently good for every styler. Nice clean facilities and reasonably-priced experienced hair stylists What more can you ask for? Personal attention everytime!

I absolutely love my hair after Olivia cut it. Simple to take care of and easy to curl. She did exactly what I wanted and then styled it super cute. Then she took the time to show me how to do it myself.

Im so glad I found this place. I just needed a pedicure. The salon was clean and well kept. Prices were reasonable as well. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area.

I asked for a trim because I’m trying to grow my hair long and haven’t trimmed it in years lol. She was great. I think her name was Teresa. She listened to what I wanted and didn’t whack my hair and make me cry like the last place I had it done. She was awesome and I will definitely be going back. She even gave me advice on where to go to get my hair goals achieved! Also product suggestions! AWESOME! Oh yeah and they were better priced than anywhere in town! 💯❤️🙌 Thank you Capelli’s!
