Hit Beauty Supply

No stars!! Ordered on Groupon as others here have stated. The company doesn’t understand when you write to them. It’s very confusing and unclear when they write back. Anyway, my order from 6/22 still has zero movement on tracking # & it’s now 7/6. On Groupon, their info says items should be delivered within 2-5 days… So many complaints about this company why does Groupon continue with them? I’m going to dispute the charge if I don’t get package soon. They’re no help.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered from them through groupon and they will not let you pick different colors of the same item. They make you order for example 3 different times and pay 3x shipping and then they ship all the items together according to the tracking number. The tracking number went to Texas and then at 7pm the same night a scan said it was delivered to my home in Tennessee. I do not receive mail at 7 pm and my post office supervisor told me the scan was absolutely wrong. I contacted Hit Beauty and all they say is "it was delivered". NO IT WAS NOT!!! I don't think they understand what you are trying to tell them. They keep saying "check your mailbox, contact your post office." I already told them I had done both. At this point, I think the post office is to blame, but

EDIT: I did finally get a hold of Groupon and they did contact Hit Beauty Supply and I did get my beanie. It was decent quality and overall I'm satisfied with the product. Just beware it may take awhile and they have no way of being contacted except through Groupon. Like so many others I ordered a CC Beanie through Groupon and never received it. I contacted Groupon letting them know they should take this company off their site, so nobody else gets scammed. This is my first time being scammed by a Groupon company, usually everything works great. I will definitely check all companies, if I ever order anything from Groupon again. 😠

I ordered from groupon, USPS says my package was delivered but I never received product. It's now been 2 weeks. I emailed USPS and they are looking into it. Reading these reviews and seeing similar stories I believe I was scammed. Do not order from HIT BEAUTY .

This place has a variety of beauty products with great loads of selections to choose from. I liked about many different items having a promotion going on which you get 20% off when you purchase over $30. That made me want to buy more to qualify for the discount. The interior is clean, staffs were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back to shop for more in the future. Highly recommended!
