I always come here for a soak off and for some reason everytime I say soak off they still pop it off and it hurts. I came once again for a soak off and Mai told me the acrylic was almost off and that I should just let get pop it off anf to let her pop it off. Of course it hurts as I expressed in saying and that it hurts but she continued anyway. If it hurts why keep doing it.

If you love your time and money please go spend somewhere else! I went in for pedicure on a Sunday, they weren't busy but I was soaked in water for over one and a half hours! I was going for a meeting of which I ended up missing it! The lady that did my nails was very rude and she wouldn't allow me to choose what i needed but what she want to do! I have never left a review but I had to. She didn't cut my toe nails, she didn't clean them well! My nails are cracked, something that has never happened before I started attending this place! I felt so frustrated! I wish there were many nail polish places in dallas I wouldn't go there again! Their prices vary each and every time you visit! Absolutely not a good place to go if you are not ready to get frustrated!

I’ve been coming to this salon for all my beauty needs for the last 10 years. Never had a problem until now. Mary accidentally dropped some glue in my eye and then ended up taking her time to get it out which I appreciate however, during all of this my eye ended up scratched causing swelling in my left eye and I couldn’t see. I went to the eye Dr the next morning and it was confirmed that there was a major scratch on my left eye. I called Mary immediately letting her know what the eye Dr said. Instead of her apologizing and being remorseful or anything her concern was why I was over charged instead of my eye. I drive for a living and missing work this weekend caused me to miss a lot of money. I’m really hurt and disappointed in this place especially after being a loyal customer after all o

Absolutely phenomenal. They run a very efficient place. I was in and out for a mani Pedi in 30 minutes and my nails are beautiful.
