I love Will and Mrs. Linda, but the women behind the counter are rude and unpleasant. There’s absolutely no customer service, and it makes the store feel unwelcoming. I called with a simple question about products and the woman who answered the phone had a nasty attitude. I asked if they had perms, and she responded with a dry, “yeah,” like it was obvious. Then she passes the phone and says, “Here, talk to her.” The next woman gets on the phone, and when I repeated my question about perms, she acted the same way. She started listing relaxers—even though I clearly said multiple times that I was looking for a perm, not a relaxer. Overall, they have bad attitudes and they don’t listen.

This place is HUGE!!! It's quite literally the size of a grocery store. Everything for hair is in this store. It's convenient (at an intersection with a light) on a very busy highway, but it's easy in - easy out. I found everything I needed and picked up a couple of things that I didn't know I needed. I'll be back.

I have been going here for years. Tons of products and the staff is the best

I come to this store quite often and have given many chances. The attitudes of the workers is very nasty. Spending hundreds at every visit. This is the last time this place will ever get my business. I asked to see a pack of hair and she threw it at me on the counter. I proceeded to ask are you ok. She ignored me. Going through check out she seen me grab the bag and dropped it on the counter as I reached for it. After completing my purchase she had the nerve to be passive aggressive with have a good day. She definitely doesn’t even deserve the $16 a hour they are giving her let alone a good day from me. Please go elsewhere. Master beauty is not too far and prices way better. Not to mention they respect you with great customer service.

1st time visiting it seems pretty decent a lot of variety of items love the customer service overall
