My daughter and I had an appointment today with Lacee, and I can’t say enough about our positive experience. Lacee’s attention to detail and care with our hair was incredible! We will definitely be back! 11/10 highly recommend.

Lacee is wonderful every time she does my hair! Super personable, kind and very efficient. This 5 star is for Lacee only, as the other staff, primarily the girl by the front door, seemed bothered each time I have come in—no smile or even a Hi! Just a cold sort of “do you have an appointment”. The salon itself could use some “Employee Parking Only” signs, as I was asked to move my car (which I parked back there the day prior and it wasn’t an issue—not a huge deal to me but just something they should probably look into as I’m sure I’m not the only person that’s ever parked back there). Thanks again Lacee!

ETA Lacee called my work and told my coworker specifically why she was calling. I find this incredibly inappropriate…a little creepy too. Terrible experience with Lacee. I did not feel she listened to nor delivered my request. She sliced through it with a razor when I pretty much only wanted a micro trim. I feel she over pushed project and had an attitude when I said I wasn’t interested in the products she was pushing. My haircut was awful and I texted her same day as the appointment to ask if she could remedy some issues. It’s 24 hours later and I still have not heard back. I had to go somewhere else and have my hair touched up. DO NOT RECOMMEND LACEE. I’d rather go to one of the haircut chains in town. HOWEVER with that said…I went to Jennifer Newman for over 5 years. She nailed my hair

I think Lacee is a talented colorist. She is considerate about hair tone, client wants and especially the proper chemistry to make sure your hair is done safely and thoughtfully.

If you guys are considering to go to get your haircut by Lacey, I recommend you just don’t. I had gotten a haircut from her and my hair is completely messed up. I have layers that I did not want. She seemed angry and she was also late to my appointment.
