*update - After posting my review, Dr. Hicks reached out, apologized for the miscommunication, and issued me a full refund, which I truly appreciate. She mentioned they are implementing a new system to help prevent these types of misunderstandings moving forward. I'm sad to have to write this review because I do like the staff and the dental care but after this happening to me twice, I have been left extremely unhappy and feel the need to share so others may avoid these expensive charges that will not be mentioned until AFTER the fact. As someone without dental insurance who has to pay for things out of pocket, it seems common sense to me that additional charges for things would be discussed PRIOR to work or scans/x-rays being done. The hygienist and staff are always so attentive, accommodating, and helpful. I love how flexible they are in working with my schedule to get me in for an appointment. Their state-of-the-art equipment is impressive and provides maximum ability to do their job as well as possible.

I was totally impressed with peace and Tranquility as I stepped inside these doors. Greeted courteously by a gal that was busy on the phone but took time to say howdy. Then the assistant came and introduced herself had me take the walk back to chair and since I was using a cane and my husband she helped me get settled in the chair. Also fetching a chair for him. She was very informative of what was to take place at this introductory of possible upgrading of my teeth. Each one I dealt with including Dr Hicks were/ very informative, professional and friendly. If you have an issue with your teeth, gums or any of that area I would highly recommend this establishment❣👏💛

Not only is Dr. Hicks and incredible dentist, she also does an amazing Botox and filler! I have been insecure about my little lips, but was nervous to get them done because I didn’t want the duck lip look! I Let me just say how natural and gorgeous they look after just 3 days post injection. The procedure was PAINLESS! She applied a topical ointment, got me numb and I felt nothing ! It’s clear this is not only her passion but her gift! I’m so happy with the results !
