I have been going to HMA for three or so years and every experience has been wonderful. I truly believe that they are one of thee best in the south shore for injectables and I would not trust anyone else. Their office is pristine, their staff is pleasant and incredibly knowledgeable, and their work is *chefs kiss* level. My favorite is Allison and Tracy. Allison is an incredibly talented RN and injector. Tracy gives the best facials in the area- truly a top notch experience every time. She is very sweet & fun to talk with, she always has great input and suggestions for my face and knows what it needs each time I go there. The services are so worth the cost and the girls are welcoming, professional, and super talented. I won't go anywhere else.

I recently got Botox for the first time. The staff made the visit simple and made me feel comfortable. I saw Meghan B for my appointment and she was so sweet and encouraging. She took her time answering all my questions and never made me feel silly. She also didn’t push me to do more than I was comfortable with, which was really great.

I have had treatments with both Allison and Tracy, and can't be positive enough about my experiences with both. With Tracy I have done an IPL spot treatment (for dark spots) and the morpheus microneedling with radio-frequency. With Allison I did Botox. This practice was recommended to me by a friend whose skin always looks amazing, I have not been disappointed. I have seen dark spots almost disappear, something that never happened with any other treatment I have done, the exact amount and location of Botox applied, so that I don't even need a follow up appointment, and the overall appearance of my skin improve across the boards. I love that when I arrive at the clinic, I immediately feel relaxed. The vibe is chill, there is a friendly person at the desk, beverages, and I never feel rushe

I had the most amazing experience with Tracy for my Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, and laser hair removal! She’s absolutely incredible. Tracy is knowledgeable, gentle, and detail-oriented. My skin has never looked or felt better! The laser hair removal was quick, comfortable, and the results are already noticeable. Tracy took the time to explain every step and even recommended the perfect products for my skin type, which have made such a difference in my routine. The front desk staff were so warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the entire atmosphere was calm, clean, and incredibly relaxing. You can tell everyone here truly cares about their clients and their results. I’m already excited for my next appointment and can’t recommend Tracy and the team enough!

Hingham medical aesthetics is truly an amazing place. I’ve had multiple services over the years. Tracy is amazing and has done my micro needling, hydra facials, derma planing, IPL etc. she is so sweet professional and gives amazing treatments. My skin always feels great and looks great.Lindsey has done all my injections through the years with perfection.
