The ambience and Lisa were nice, but I’m not sure if the experience level matched what I expected. I showed a reference picture of the look I wanted, but the result was very different. My hair came out much lighter than expected, and when I got home everyone mentioned it looked yellow rather than brown highlights like the photo. The color was also uneven one side appeared lighter than the other as you can see in the picture. For $400+, I honestly expected a much closer result to the reference and a more even finish.

This experience was so lovely - 10/10! I have super long curly hair and Cassie and Anthony gave me a fantastic blowout! Cassie explained all the products so well—and why she was using them—and was super warm and approachable. As a mom of 2, I felt very pampered and my hair left feeling so silky smooth. I booked another blowout on the spot and can’t wait to go back!

I’ve been seeing Alexa for about 7 months now, and I absolutely love my weft extensions. I was really nervous to try them because of hair loss, but Alexa is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and experienced. My hair looks amazing, blends seamlessly with my natural hair, no hair fall out, and I constantly receive compliments. Alexa is truly talented and such a pleasure to work with. I recommend her over and over again—she’s amazing!

Sarah did such a wonderful job on my spray tan, she was very thorough and provided pre-spray tan directions beforehand. The process was quick, clean and organized. The tan tuned out fantastic and a natural color which is exactly what I was looking for. Lourdes did a good job with my facial. I have sensitive skin and the products used worked well. She is knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. Thank you both!

I had an appointment with Nicole for a curly cut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She really took the time to understand my hair and gave me great advice on what would work best for my curls. The cut she gave me looks fantastic, and I love how my hair turned out. Nicole clearly knows what she’s doing, and I left feeling confident and refreshed. Highly recommend her!
