Highwoods Properties - Orlando

I regret to say that my experience with the parking facility managed by Highwoods Properties has been deeply disappointing. Despite parking being a considerable expense, when my car was hit, the Manager Valery S. dismissively stated that they weren't responsible for damages, even though there are no security cameras in place. This lack of accountability and professionalism in handling customer concerns is concerning. I'll be avoiding this parking area in the future and advise others to do the same until they prioritize their customers' safety and well-being.

Never park your car in basement parking. These guys are cheaters. 4-24hr parking costs 17usd. When you check out it automatically turns to 20usd and when you ask what the he'll is going on they say it's weekend that's why and when you ask why you didn't put any notes regarding it they say oh sorry we have to update it. I'll report about it tot the police as well so next time you don't cheat people!

Receipt # 415171869 What a bad experience! The gate was broken on the Orange Avenue park lot. I parked in Handicapped for a 2 hour Christmas concert, and when I tried to pay, I had to pay $18.00. I even spoke with the manager on audio at the gate, no consideration given. .

Security has an outrageous, inappropriate attitude. Threatening me, and so rude over a parking space I was told I can use.

During the weekend they charge by day, so for example if you go on a Friday night and park there, they force you to pay ahead ($15) and if you leave after midnight (Saturday) you'll have to pay another $15 because the day changed.... so when you look at it a 10pm - 2am (4 hrs) will cost you $30... The security guy told me to use the same card, but a week later I still have both charges in my account.
