I just had the most fantastic experience at Highpark Nail Spa! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional – so welcoming and attentive. My technician was incredibly efficient, delivering a flawless full set in record time without ever feeling rushed. And the salon itself? Spotlessly clean and wonderfully organized. Great experience all around and happy to say I have finally found my go to place after 6 years. Not many nail salons in the area are as efficient and provide consistently good quality results as this one. Upon request, they did my gel mani and gel pedi at the same time both times that I have been in now, which saves me so much precious time in my already busy schedule. I asked for regular nail polish only for the nail tech to start doing gel. I’m not very experienced with nail work, so I didn’t realize until we started doing the curing process. The nails themselves are bumpy with sharp edges, so I don’t think that they’ll last very long. I also had a $20 gift card from last year that I couldn’t use because even though their gift cards don’t expire, they changed systems and could no longer find it. They offered a 10% discount but that’s not even close to the $20 I should’ve gotten (nails were over $40). Update: I got a call from High Park Nail Spa asking what went wrong at today’s appointment and they said that they can’t offer a partial refund for the gift card so that money was essentially stolen. I highly recommend Jason! He had a challenge with my feet and nails. He recommended the athletic service for my feet and it was what I needed. Hoofs are feet again. He did wonders with my finger nails as they are not much there.

I have been going to High Park Nails for quite a few months now for pedicures, but this was the first time I got a set of acrylic nails! My nail technician Amy did an amazing job! I’m a nurse, so I need my nails to be pretty short, but I also wanted almond shape (which I know can be harder to do for short nails). Amy was able to do exactly what I wanted and checked in with me each step of the way to make sure I was happy with them! She also had the perfect color in mind when I told her I wanted a neutral milky pink. They are SO perfect and I love them. Definitely will be coming back!
