Today I had the experience of a LIFETIME! I recently relocated back to Florence County and I was in desperate search of an outstanding esthetician who specializes in whole face sugar waxing. I suffer from PCOS and I was accustomed to getting facial sugar waxing when I lived in GA. Heaven at High With Heaven is a GODSEND!!
