High Maintenance Salon

I have been going to High Maintenance for years and have my hair done by Kay. She is very good at what she does and always keeps up on the newest trends when I ask for something different. She is very flexible and accommodating with scheduling. She is also one of the kindest and most generous humans I know! The other staff at the salon are always very friendly and welcoming whenever I am in.

Jen is the best! She understands my curly hair, hard to find a stylist that does. I always walk out feeling better about myself. Love you Jennifer!

After two appointments (1 haircut only, 1 highlights and haircut) with the owner, she texted me and fired me as a client. No explanation other than this - "Hello, I have decided to cancel your next appointment. I don't think it's a good fit for me . I hope u can find a stylist that can meet your needs . Thanks" Seriously?? Be an adult and call me. Be a considerate person and tell me specifically about whatever issues you had with me. We might both be better people for it

I came to high maintenance salon for a wedding party in September. The staff were so friendly and kind, the salon was clean, spacious, and very up to date. Jen was so nice and wonderful, as well as down to earth. When a member of our party wasn’t happy with her hair, Jen took over and ensured that she was satisfied by reworking the style. We basically took over the whole place for the morning. Jen took a great deal of time doing the brides hair so that it would look beautiful and it did!! I was so happy with the stylist I had and the updo I received. If you want great service in calm and clean atmosphere with caring stylists, choose High Maintenance!

Been using Jenn for 20 years and my hair is always looking great! She is so great with the kiddos too. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the shop is not missed either.
