I had the most amazing experience at Hidden Gem Beauty Salon. Giovanni did my blowout and it was absolutely flawless — smooth, full of volume, and exactly what I wanted. He was not only incredibly talented but also so kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell he truly cares about his clients. Roxy is the absolute best! She is so gentle. My hair gets tangled so easily for everything and her hands are like feathers. I recently took my teenage daughter to her for a color correction after teen home experiments and she was amazing she spent a lot of time with us and struck conversation with her and her feel so comfortable. The color correction was a total success she nailed it. The curly cut she gave my daughter was suiting to my daughter. Needless to say we drive from Miami Lakes area to see her in Kendall and we will continue doing so. The salon has a cool chill vibe and everyone is very friendly and attentive.

I had such a great experience getting my haircut here! Roxy did an amazing job, and I really appreciated how communicative she was throughout the entire process. As someone who can get a bit anxious about haircuts, it meant a lot to feel heard and comfortable. I highly recommend her! I want to share my honest experience because i wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else. I came in knowing pretty much exactly what i wanted. I sent over several photos all of what I wanted. To start of, an hour before my appt they called me to tell me the stylist was running behind. I was already on the way and was told when I arrived (on time) I’d have to wait an hour. Yet ur policy is if the client is 15 min late we get charged 25$. I refused to wait an hour so they changed the person doing my hair to an owner. I thought that’d be even better… I was wrong. I showed several photos and also discussed how nervous I was about my hair being too short. Long story short, I was given such a bad hair cut that I was crying the entire way home.
