Hiatus Day Spa • Med Spa

Mostly I’ve had a good experience at Hiatus. I am an H circle member. Mikey who works at the front is a gem. The staff is courteous and the waiting area sets that spa-like mood with dim lighting and Aveda tea. Some of the people I’ve seen for massages or facials have been better than others but I’d say about 85 percent of the time I get a practitioner who I would go back to. I think my biggest complaints would be that there are such limited hours you can book with each practitioner so it’s very hard for me to find a day when I can book with one of the massage therapists I enjoy seeing and also get a pedicure or facial with someone I’ve seen before. It’s also proven to be very difficult to book same day appts for my partner and I for this same reason. My other complaint would be the shower

Absolutely LOVED my experience at Hiatus Spa in Austin! I enjoyed a massage with Katie and she was incredible. I felt like 75 minutes just melted away. I could have stayed forever! I've also gotten a facial here before and they were fantastic - professional, courteous, kind, and they really listened to my concerns. I definitely will be back!!

My experience at hiatus was absolutely amazing!! I got a facial, lip treatment, and scalp massage from Mia and she was so kind, comforting, and knowledgeable about skincare. She gave me some great recommendations for my skincare routine to help my most recent break out. The receptionists were also very welcoming. I highly recommend this day spa to treat yourself!

Just had to share my great experiences at Hiatus Spa and one of the staff who has been treating me. Not only is Nari Kim an expert at what she does, she is also a delight to be with. I have now received 4 micro-needling treatments with great success from Nari. I am seeing noticeable improvements in my skin, it’s tone and texture sooner than anticipated and getting lots of compliments from friends and strangers alike. I highly recommend Nari for her expertise and always look forward to her charming company.

i had a really wonderful experience at Hiatus for my first time. i was looking for an exfoliation treatment and booked their wrap service. it was so wonderful: i felt like i was in a little warm cocoon, i wouldn’t change anything about it. Brianne was my provider and she was wonderful as well, i am personally not self conscious of my private areas but she made sure i felt comfortable throughout the treatment. the spa and amenities were impressive as well. 10/10 would recommend, i will be back :)
