Hi Tek Nails

I called and talked to Helen over the phone and she said if I did a full set, French tip gel manicure it would be $50. I said great can I come at 2pm, it was like 12:30 at the time. She said yes. Well I got there at 1:50 and it was empty (but it’s Monday so that’s normal. When she started doing my nails, we were talking and she found out. I had a newborn baby and that we were going to get our pictures done tomorrow. She said I’m gonna add a little silver line on it for you and I said OK girl if that’s what you wanna do. A few seconds later, she said it’ll just be $10 more and I said oh no then I don’t want it. She argued with me that the price of my nails were now $10 more and that that’s what she told me on the phone. She already had the tips on my nails. I went to go stand up, and I said

Went here today for a late bday gift and it was AMAZING!! The service was excellent and they made me feel so comfortable! They can pretty much do just about anything you ask for and if they can’t they try to get as close to it as possible. I couldn’t have asked for better service it was quick, professional, and the quality of everything was outstanding! They treat you like family and chat with you the whole time! I’ll definitely be returning! :)

Helen was very professional and did a great job on my nails I got a full set and eyebrow wax, everything was wonderful. I definitely recommend Hi Tek nails, also she was super fast i was in and out in no time! Thank you

I had this picture and didn’t want the silver, Helen took the other color choice I did want and she was very nice accommodating the other color choice. Very pleasant and did a wonderful job. I will defiantly be back again in the future!! This is my New Year’s Nails!! 💅 HAPPY NEW YEAR 2025!!

Absolutely terrible service. I don’t know the name of the technician, but she was the only person working and rushed through all of my services. I left with a pedicure where my nails were two different shapes and sizes. I asked for a full set, but she insisted on doing an overlay instead and what I left with was honestly a joke. One hand looks boxy and way too thick, while the other looks like little to no filing was done at all. Do not go here, even as a last resort. I’m genuinely taken aback by how bad this experience was. 108 dollars for garbage.
