My experience was a dream come true. I am so grateful for Mrs. Desly - she gave me peace, confidence, and encouragement in learning and embracing my hair journey. I have always wanted to get my hair professionally braided, but was nervous about coming across as too unknowledgeable about the subject. She made my first time so easy, educational, relaxing, and a memory I will treasure. I cannot wait to go back - truly.

Desly was a referral from a fellow parent in my child’s class. From the time I reached out to her, she was warm and friendly. Very responsive. Sweet person and very reasonable prices which has been hard to find in MD in comparison to NJ. Have been twice since January, got box braids the first time and crochet passion twists in April. Both times relatively quick and not painful the first few days like my experience has been with braids before. Already planned the next style I am going to get in June!

She does an amazing job. She braids very neat and takes pride in her work. Highly recommend!

She is the best hands down, believe me! The first time I went to her, was to get my wedding anniversary hair done and immediately she was done I could put it up and style it the way I pleased, it takes a lot to do that because freshly done braids hurts sis and your first night is 😩 but to my greatest surprise her hands are so blessed it doesn’t hurt 🥰 MK is simply the best, beautiful atmosphere, wonderful and respectful kids.
