Helen is truly amazing at what she does. I came to her for lymphatic drainage massages after my lipo procedure, and I honestly believe my recovery was smoother and faster because of her expert care. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and takes the time to explain everything so you feel completely comfortable. Her space is clean, relaxing, and welcoming — I always leave feeling lighter and more at ease. If you’ve had surgery and want someone who really understands how to care for your body post-op, Helen is the one to see. Highly recommend. Great prices!
