Getting a curly cut at HFOS was the first time I’ve had a stylist really cut for my curls and also explain a full haircare routine that works, and only requires once a week maintenance! Also have never had more compliments on my hair! So thankful for Tristany and the whole talented team, Mel has created a fantastic space. I’ve been going back for years now, highly recommend!!

HFOS has been a lifesaver - their blowout package has saved me so much time and stress. I used to spend 40-50 minutes blowdrying my naturally curly hair once a week and it never lasted more than a few days. With the package I am able to save that time (and stress) and my looks last a full week (or longer!) really making it worth the price! The staff is great and knowledgeable and they all know how to give a great blowout! Additionally, Tristany gave my 9 year old curly girl her second ever haircut and she did an incredible job! She is absolutely a curly hair expert and gave my daughter curls that in 9 years she's never had (and she's had some pretty great curls)! Highly recommend - booking online is super convenient (even for me that tends to wait to the last minute to book my blowouts!).

Overall, I really tried to be positive about the experience I had, but a week after my adjustment appointment, to fix how it looked after the first appointment, I am just not happy with what I got for how much I paid. I was referred to HFOS by a coworker who has gone for a while and never had any issues. I had gone back and forth about booking for about 5 months because their prices were out of my budget and I had my hair fried by a stylist 2 years prior. I am a long time client of Melissa’s and HFOS. My two most recent experiences at HFOS I have had the pleasure of working with Gracie. On 12/26 I did a blowout with Gracie for my birthday dinner. She made me feel so pampered and beautiful. Last week, I needed a last minute highlight and I was excited to see Gracie available. She was able to brighten me up while adding dimension. Everything I asked for and more. My hair is so much more lively and much healthier. Not to mention, I LOVE the way she curls my hair. Thank you HFOS and Gracie for a great experience once again :)

After moving to north central Florida 3 yrs ago, it’s been a struggle to find a stylist. Tristany is amazing with my naturally curly hair. She has a ton of knowledge and you can tell she really enjoys helping people with their curly journey. My hair is finally curling wonderfully and looking healthy. The salon is small but nicely appointed and clean. Everyone there is really friendly.
