I appreciate this variety and affordable prices. It’s nice to have a supply store that has what you need without waiting for an online order. Support our local brick and mortar retailers. Their service and knowledge make it worth the visit.

I go here all the time but I will never purchase a wig from here again. They so secretive about the wig information but when you’re asking them questions they act like they don’t know or care. They hide the package behind the mannequin so you can’t see. I bought the wig thinking it would be a free parting wig and it’s not. I would not have paid for the wig had I have known the structure. Very disappointed! If they displayed the wig tag like other stores you can see exactly what your buying instead of guessing back and forth with them.

The guy that helped me was top tier best customer service I’ve ever gotten when looking for hair extensions!! 100% will be going back.

I think you have a fantastic store. I do. However there were a few things I noticed that makes the shopping experience not as great as it could be. You don't really have good customer service. You stand behind the counter and I assume watch a camera for shoplifters however you have no one the floor helping your customers which proximity control is better deterrent that watching a camera. You have a wonderful products but you really need to get to know a little more about African American hair. The woman never smiles or seems friendly at all. I have watched her demeanor with all races and she is unfriendly in general. I honestly feel like this store would be even more successful if you had better customer service.
