I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Jordan. I’m a guy who never really knew what I was doing with skincare, and she seriously changed everything for me. She made the whole process easy, explained what was actually happening with my skin, and never made me feel overwhelmed or embarrassed. My skin has never looked better, and felt better. She’s insanely good at what she does and just a genuinely great person on top of it. Highly recommend her to anyone. And I’ve gotta say Nick and Namie at the front are awesome too. They’re super friendly, made sure the check in process smooth, and the whole place just feels welcoming because of them. Highly recommend all around.

Gem is so great! I've been going to her for 4 months now and my skin is the best it's ever been with very minimal maintenance. The facials are so relaxing and such a great monthly reset. This is my first experience with getting regular facials and it has really changed my skin. I love the nano treatment and the high frequency that Gem does.

I have been going here for monthly facials since last year and I see Gem and she is amazing! I always leave with my skin glowing and she gives great recommendations. I look forward to my facial every month and they have great enhancements you can add on and if you are a monthly member the enhancements are half off!

I absolutely loved how client oriented everything felt. It’s clear there’s a lot of thought and care that goes into all aspects there. The front desk team was kind and patient and took time to explain everything since it was my first visit. Gem really took the time to get to know my skin and everything felt Lovely. She explained her thought process and reasoning for everything she did so I felt part of the process and always understood. And the products recommendations that I picked up after up front have been amazing for the issues we discussed.

Gem at Heyday Seaport truly lives up to her name. I have been seeing her monthly since December and have truly noticed such a difference in my skin. She is thoughtful and intentional about building a customized routine for you and is genuinely excited about your progress. She is extremely knowledgeable, shares great product recommendations, and creates a highly relaxing atmosphere. I cannot recommend her and the experience at Heyday enough!
