Heyday Assembly Row

Audrey at the front desk and Deborah as my esthetician make going to Heyday Assembly Row such a fun experience! They both are super nice, knowledgeable, and great conversationalists. Audrey knows the clients that walk in through the door now and signs everyone in which is really timely and makes for a quick pick up by the estheticians. I really like sitting wit Audrey while waiting for Deborah. For Deborah, she is always amenable to having great conversation and explaining her rationale for offering specific treatments based on my skin needs and my overall goals for my skin. I always leave Heyday knowing I received the best service for my skin and as a customer.

I love going to HeyDay! I have been going my monthly facials at the Assembly Row location. I just came this past week and did my essential facial with Chantel. It was amazing, she really helped me hydrate my skin, we did an oatmeal mask, LED therapy and she gave me the most relaxing scalp massage. My skin feels so refreshed and clean. I cannot wait to come back in for another facial!

Today was my first time visiting Heyday in Assembly Square. It's a very warm and welcoming setting. The young gentleman working at the desk (I've forgotten his name, sorry) is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Mabel is an extremely talented esthetician! She is highly skilled and explains the science behind the products she's using. She has a gentle touch and nice manner. It was a relaxing facial - the best one I've ever had! I left feeling like my skin was glowing. I'll surely be back!

Had a great facial with Deborah! Gave me lots of good suggestions + recommendations without being pushy at all. Makes me excited to keep coming back! Wifi in the waiting room would be nice- but also get that maybe it's suppposed to have an "unplugged" feel.

This was my first time getting a facial and it was amazing! Chantelle was so knowledgeable and informative about how to care for my skin. She answered all of my questions, and I definitely walked out with a much better understanding of what my skin needs, what each product does, and what I can skip. When I walked out, I had felt the difference in my face and realized how dehydrated my skin was prior to the appointment. I had also never experienced a facial massage! I don't know how I spent my life without one, it almost put me to sleep. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, I highly recommend.
