Nikki is simply the best and she really goes above and beyond for her clients. I came to her with really messed up lashes from a bad job done at a salon near me and she immediately booked me with a 'I WILL get you what you want' attitude. Her place downtown has such a relaxing vibe. Upon walking in, I was immediately greeted by Nikki with all smiles and genuine care. She walked me through everything step by step and sat me in this big luxurious chair that I swear you can sleep in. She started by gently shampooing my lashes (which was simply amazing in itself), mapping them, and then got started. She walked me through everything she did and before I knew it, she handed me the mirror with excitement and said she was finished. They were perfect! Everything was perfectly placed, perfect curl,

Nikki is hands down the best lash technician/master/creator/owner I have ever had the pleasure of working with. This is coming from a girl who paid high and I mean HIGH dollar for lashes like these when I lived in Las Vegas. No one compares. It took me forever to trust anyone and get lash extensions again but she made me feel comfortable the whole time and get this... NO TEARS. Maybe I've just had bad experiences before Nikki but every time, the glue or something always made my eyes water. Not just during the application stage but randomly during the day or night in-between fills. Nikki is a true master at her craft and I would always recommend her to anyone I know. Even my friends who live near me. Just in case you didn't know, I live in Richmond. I commute 45-60 minutes just to see her.

Nikki is the BEST! I had never done lash extensions before and she was very professional and patient with explaining the process and answering my questions. She does a great job and is just a wonderful human being in general. Now that I've started doing lash extensions I don't know how I'll ever go without them and I wouldn't go to anyone else but Nikki!

Five stars! Nikki is a wonderful lash artist. She makes the experience so relaxing and welcoming. Every time I visit she asks about the previous set of lashes and if we are making any changes, which most of the time I do not because she does such a fabulous job. But I really do appreciate that gesture. Nikki is very professional and I appreciate her talent and friendliness.

I went to Hey Dollface after having a bad experience at another local salon in the area. Nikki the owner offered to get me in and help get my lashes filled with her or one of her other stylists also named Nikki. Nikki, the owner was booked so I went to the other Nikki and she did a wonderful job. From the time walking in and explaining to her what I wanted it was a great experience. She listened to what I wanted and made sure I was taken care of. This will be the only salon I go to for my extensions from now on. Also, inside the salon is adorable. Chairs are comfy and the decor is bright and fun.
