The stylist was super sweet and the salon is beautiful, but unfortunately my experience didn’t turn out as expected. I came in asking for dimensional golden highlights with a soft, subtle face frame, showing photos and videos for reference, but I ended up with a brassy face frame and a copperish tone overall. The stylist kindly offered to fix it at a later appointment, but when I asked, she mentioned she’d have to add more foils meaning my hair would need to be processed again. I take really good care of my hair, so that worried me. She was very nice, but the result didn’t come out like the inspo I showed, and now I’ll have to find someone who can correct it without overprocessing my hair.

Tima, my amazing hair artist, did my color, highlights, haircut, and Brazilian treatment — and my hair looks like it did thirty years ago! Shiny, bouncy, soft, and full of volume and movement. Tima is a true hair alchemist, a deep listener, and a caring stylist. I feel very safe with her because she listens, does exactly what I ask, and still gives helpful professional advice based on my hair type. I highly recommend her!

My hair turned out perfect! Macy did an amazing job. I showed a few inspo pics and she did exactly that. My hair looks and feels amazing, and I’ve already had a bunch of people ask where I got it done. can’t wait to go back!

Hermosa Hair Salon is absolutely beautiful — the atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, and they use only high-end hair products on every client (which are also available for purchase!). Gabriel is an exceptional hairstylist. She truly listened to what I wanted and completely understands natural curly hair and all its unique needs. She took her time finding the perfect shades for my color and taught me so much about how to style my curls in different ways. Her professionalism, knowledge, and friendly personality make the entire experience so comfortable and enjoyable. She gives the best round brush blowout I’ve ever had! Very friendly staff, affordable prices, and a perfect place to get your hair done regardless what style you want. I had long hair and got a super nice haircut by Gabriel. I will definitely be returning when I decide to get another haircut!
