Herkimer Nails

Yesterday was the first time that I've been to this place. Me and my three sisters went for a birthday get together for my sister Linda. We all manicures and pedicures. It was the very first time I've ever had a pedicure. I'll be going back again. And only the second time I've had a manicure. The people who work there are very polite,respectful and friendly. And the atmosphere was very nice.

Today was my fourth time getting a pedicure from Sandy throughout the years. She's incredible. She pays attention to detail and strives to make you have the best experience. She's always smiling and has great energy. I can't say enough good things about her!

I booked an appointment a few weeks ago and they had someone in the chair and someone ahead of me waiting when I got there. I rescheduled as I understand stuff happens. Two weeks later I called 15 minutes before my appointment before I arrived. Emily told me Roger was on schedule. I show up on time. They had me wait 50 minutes past my appointment time. This is a photo of my nails less than 24 hours. Gel dip.

The one who did my Nails was horrible went for my bday gift and already flimsy and need to be filled. This is why I don't get the done. And never filed or cut nails first. I wanted the one who sits at the end with short hair bc he always is good but I got the one who sits next to him he seemed very rushed wanted payment before even done gave a tip in hopes and got nothing but bad in return they are not that old to be like that and over fill hardened on other side never cleaned them

I had the most amazing experience with Emily today and I always have the best experience. She is so kind and makes me feels so good when I leave there. I love my nails. Everywhere I go people ask me where did you get those gorgeous nails and I say Emily at Herkimer Nails. She is truly a wonderful little lady and just makes me feel so awesome. Thank you Emily!!
