Art the Owner here is very good at what he does. He doesn't charge very much. My Buzz Cut or Military Cut that I normally get is usually $20. Art is very friendly and talkative as well.

I look forward to my visits with Art. His haircuts are superb and ridiculously cheap. He's cut hair in NYC and across Europe and delights in sharing his experiences and knowledge of history. We're fortunate to have him.

Does a nice scissor cut. Layered better than a clipper cut. However it does take a bit longer. It takes 35-45 minutes. So if you are in a hurry as I often am. It is sometimes difficult to achieve at lunch break. That's when I normally go. Otherwise a great haircut for a reasonable price.
