Only in town for a few days and wanted a deep tissue massage to help with the knots in my neck caused by essential tremors. I was able to book a next day evening appointment and Sarah far exceeded any expectations. That was the best massage I have had in my life and I will absolutely be booking appointments every time I am in Orlando.

I just had a massage at Herbal Health Spa with Sara and it was incredible! She’s extremely skilled and professional and had a natural sense for exactly where I needed work! I will 100% be returning here and soon! I also enjoyed the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere of the spa overall and am excited to try more of their services! I highly recommend it!

I admit I was a little unsure walking in, but wow—this ended up being one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Casey was incredibly strong and precise, using elbows and fingers to work out knots I didn’t even know I had. She moved around the table with ease and confidence, and the pressure was exactly what I needed. I walked out feeling loose, relaxed, and impressed. Highly recommend if you like a deep, effective massage.
