Hera Nail Bar & Head Spa

Yesterday was my first time at Hera Nail Bar, and it was such a cool experience! I was a bit confused when I walked in but they explained everything to me and even asked if I had a picture of my nail idea! They did SUCH a great job on my nails, I’m obsessed and the line work is just wow! Also, they have a whole drink menu that you can have a drink during your appointment! The mocktail was so delicious but they have a bunch of options and it was so pretty! It seems very clean, very comfortable chairs, hooks for your purses, and even a stand for your phone. This place is awesome and I will for sure be back. Also, they took me as a walk-in even though they were busy and I appreciated it so much! Thank you guys :)

Love it!!!! Wow over the top customer service and the best job anyone can do. I been to a place with customer service but this is customer care... and the drinks are great. That's right drinks none alcohol and alcohol. Best just walk in quick service. Helen has precision and is detail oriented nice conversation as you get your nails done. Pedicure was amazing... AMAZING 👏 🤩 Going back... I found a perfect spa place and they are open on SUNDAY.... price is right!!!

Hera Nail Bar & Head Spa is absolutely amazing. I brought my daughter here during a hockey tournament for matching mani pedis, and it was the perfect reset between games. So relaxing, beautifully done, and worth every minute. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, the space is calm and spotless, and the whole experience feels like a treat the second you walk in. They even offer beverages to sip while you’re being pampered, which honestly just seals the deal. My daughter loved it, I loved it, and our nails still look fantastic. If you’re traveling for sports or just need some well-deserved self-care, this place is a must. We will 100 percent be back next time we are in town.

I originally wanted charms ( not alot) on my nails she said it would be 140$ than I asked how much it would be without anything on it she said 110$. I was desperate to get my nails done cause it was my birthday so I said ok. The lady that did my nails was rude and filed my nail so hard that it hurts whenever I put pressure on it. After I we were finished I called the person that recommended me to the nail shop and asked her how much her nails cost she said 110 and she had charms and ribbons!! I got so upset because I was being ripped off. If you go here make sure they are bring reasonable with your price!! I will be going somewhere else to get them redone because I do not like them.

I went in to treat myself with a Pumpkin Spice Pedicure and Ben did a wonderful job. It was so relaxing and smelled amazing. Afterward, I was with Anna for a Manicure. I got the Tap Gel and I'm extremely happy with how they turned out. We were laughing so much and having a fun time. Anna was amazing and the design turned out beautifully! I will be coming back!
