The friendliness of the staff and the knowledge they had about all of the hair they sold was great. The woman who helped me made me feel so comfortable coming to them for my first weave and helped me color match and figure out which texture was best for me. I will never buy another hair brand after having HerImports! I repeat NEVER! The quality of the hair was amazing: no shedding, extremely reusable, and was always flowing and able to run my hands through. Thank you for making this experience a good one, I will definitely be back as it was well worth my money and I recommend this hair to ANYONE of any ethnicity searching for good quality hair!

The hair is excellent quality and colors really well. Candace was very helpful, she had another client when I arrived however she was prompt. The suite is clean and well organized. I only purchased my hair from HER IMPORTS!

I want to first say that their customer service is remarkable. They get right back to you, they have the option to buy from their store even. I also love that they include their customers and show love by hosting giveaways/contests, post their clients, answer comments, have flash sales and other sales and much more. I find that to be huge in judging how genuine a company is. Their hair is beautiful in all forms and affordable in my opinion!

My hair was INCREDIBLE. It's softness was inexplicable, I had minimal shedding, and when I say minimal, I mean none at all. My hair came really quickly. I am so happy to have gotten my hair, so promptly and In the perfect condition and I'm so excited to purchase again. As long as her imports is selling, I'm buying! 💜

I stumbled upon her imports through a friend who doesn't wear weaves but recognized good quality hair. Well, being I was running out of options with all the stores saying they have grade A hair and really didn't.. When I walked into her imports I was warmly greeted and guided towards the hair I was interested in, I was even pointed in the direction of a great stylist..it has now been 5 months since I brought my hair and it is still as soft and bouncy as when I first bought it. Not to mention I've been asked on several dates since 😍 !! I would recommend her imports to everyone! Especially if your looking for good quality hair for an affordable price.
