This was hands down the WORST salon experience of my life. I went in for a pastel rose pink color and instead walked out with fried, damaged hair, a burning scalp from bleach left on too long, and blonde ends. When I asked about it at the end of the appointment, Jacqueline told me “the straightener took the color out,” which is ridiculous. My hair looked terrible. My biggest mistake was paying for that appointment, which was over $200 and trying to be nice by giving her another chance to fix it the next day. At that second appointment, she gave me a violet color I never asked for, which literally washed out the next day. During that visit, she admitted she had done her “research” on the color after my first appointment and found out it shouldn’t be exposed to heat for 24 hours. What profe

My and my daughter both got our hair done here. We had Kristina as our stylist she was very friendly and listened to what we wanted and if she wasn't fully sure she definitely made sure to ask and did pretty good at explaining what she was doing or her questions even with my daughter.. Overall I would say she did a fantastic job delivering on what we were going for style wise and she did not rush to get it done which I loved.. The vibe was pretty chill and welcoming..

Jacalyne is a true professional, who genuinely cares about her clients hair health, and about them personally. I always receive so many compliments after she has had her hands in my hair. her. I’m OBSESSED. I’ve been going to Jacalyne for years now. I go out of my way to tell everyone how great she is because she’s THAT good. I always get exactly what I’m going for. Usually better. Not only is my hair always perfect (I get so many compliments), but I have never once overpaid. Her prices are legitimately the best in the triad. Kristina is amazing as well. Both women are so pleasant to be around and make you feel super welcomed. The studio is cute and a perfect reflection of their bubbly personalities. I can’t say enough good things about Her. Go get your hair done!

I LOVE Her, Jacalyne is the absolute best there is. It doesnt matter if its a balayage ir making my hair rainbow bright she gives the most beautiful colors and is so friendly and nice. The vibe is 10/10, such a cute salon and check the earrings there too! I didnt wear earrings before but she sells the cutests pairs!
