Henry's Nails

NEVER AGAIN! poor hygiene and zero customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was interrupting someone. The place looked dirty. My manicure was rushed, uneven, and somehow both painful and sloppy. They butchered my cuticles. I was actually bleeding. When I pointed out an obvious mistake, I was ignored, no apology. To top it off, the place smelled like a chemical experiment gone wrong, and cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. I left with nails that looked worse than when I came in. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. There are many nail salons out there—this is not one of the good ones.

i went to henrys nails regularly for almost a year.. my most recent visit i went for an acrylic fill where the nail tech left cuts on 7 out of 10 of my fingers.. genuinely painful. when i messaged asking for a refund and explaining i was uncomfortable having them “fix my nails” i was accused of just seeking money and i was spoken too in a completely inappropriate manner. i was kind, i was patient, i was never accusatory but i was still spoken to terribly. i will never return and i do not recommend anyone else does, this experience hurt my feelings as i am an honest person and i have always taken pride in that.

Great place to go and get nails done. Costs are posted and fair. Owners and workers are polite and accommodating. 2nd time I have gotten a pedicure and was amazing. They do not skip a beat on any step to give you the full treatment. A must go.

they literally tore up my nails , the skin all around my fingers was ripped and bloody, they completely hurt me and when i asked them to stop they did not. i THEN tried to contact them and they could not care less. this is the WORST nail salon ive ever been to making you pay all that money for nails that look like shit and terrible service!

They absolutely sucked, were rude and unprofessional. Will never go here again. Not worth it for an infection waiting to happen. I’ll have better luck going to a nail place ran out of a home
