Wow, it’s all I can say. Ainslee was amazing the perfect wax tech I’ve ever been to her personality is amazing. She walks you through it. She talks to you. She’s honest transparent and bubbly. I will be back for my next appointment in November and I even got a membership great prices as well by the way.

This was not my first time getting a sugar wax but it was my first time at hello sugar and WOW! Ainslee was the best tech I have had!! She really talks you through the process and is very sweet and outgoing. It was such a good experience I decided to get the subscription as I will be coming back again! Highly highly recommend!!

I had a really great experience with Ainslee! She was fast (I didn’t feel rushed) and It was very comfortable. She was knowledgeable about my HS issues and offered products. I have a membership now and pre booking was so easy. Thanks a bunch Ainslee!

After an initial appointment screw up that was completely my fault, I was able to get in for treatment. Ainslee was wonderful. She went through what we were going to do and asked all the right questions before starting the treatment. I definitely recommend this office and Ainslee in particular 6 STARS!!!!!

I’ve had waxings before, but this was my first time with this franchise. My esthetician, Ainslee, was very friendly and a good conversationalist. That made the environment very comfortable and created a distraction from the unavoidable discomfort of the procedure. She was very good at bracing you for the hair removal and explaining everything she was doing. I highly recommend her.
