I needed a last minute appointment for my one kid free day a month. Mackenzie got me in no problem, eventhough it was short notice and I was asking for a big change. I hadn't had a haircut/trim or color in almost 2 years. I normally do blonde bayalage and I wanted to go dark with halo highlight. I asked her opinion since it was a big change and she helped me make the right choice with my hair and not go too dark, but still make the change I wanted. I've gotten my hair done in many states by many hairdressers and I've never been happier than I am now with my hair. I got the darker change I wanted the drastic change in length, and so many compliments. Going through a break up, I needed to reclaim myself and she helped me do that. A bit disappointed in my wash, cut and style that I received today. While I understand bad days happen and we all have off days, I was never asked if I liked my cut, if the length was ok, or even offered to look at it with a mirror to see the back and ensure it was all an even cut. Additionally, I paid for a style as a part of the haircut and I didn’t receive a style and left the salon on a Saturday morning needing to go home and fix my hair. I’d potentially give another chance, but when paying for a service, I expect a full and complete service which would include a style after being blow dried.

I had a great experience with Sarah. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable, and talked me through the whole process, which made me feel completely at ease. Excellent service—I’ll definitely be back!

Best hair cut I've had in 12 years. My previous hair dresser would not thin my hair for 12 years. Sara was excellent and outstanding. I now have an excellent stylist I can go to. She thinned my hair!
