Hellen Happy Nails

The first time I went I was very happy. So, I return a second time. I even too a friend. They cut her 3 times. :( I told them not to file too much because it’s my natural nail. I kept pulling away because I could feel the electric file burning… first time I got power and second time I got gel. The powder was way too thick & they had to file it on one side because one side was too bulky. When they were filling for the gel. I told them they were braking my nail. The nail looked crack. They lady said it was not.. Also, they start talking get distracted and only do massage for one hand or one leg. Now that the gel is off my nails are paper thin. Breaking & the cuticles are lifting all over. Worst place ever. :(

1st time trying this place. My index nail is crooked! I requested coffin shape and my nails are a wide square shape! The lady also used old, thick glitter gel polish so my nails look bumpy! After applying powder, she did not file around the cuticle area to reduce bulk! A younger girl being trained is RUDE!! Lastly, the girl before me had purple/blue ombre nails with design; she was charged less than me and all I got was plain pink natural look, with a coat of glitter and I was over charged! I regretfully paid them and after being overcharged I got asked repeatedly 3-4 times for a tip! Which I ignored because.... TERRIBLE!!! Waste of money!! Their audacity is unbelievable!!

They did a good job the first few times I was there but lately they have been pushing me to get more services( massage, gel etc. etc.) . Never going back after today when despite saying I want regular polish multiple times(over phone, in person to the owner, ladies doing the mani pedi), they still went ahead and applied gel and charged me. So disappointed.

I’ve been getting my nail and pedicures done here for years and it never disappoints! Reasonable pricing and everyone is so sweet.
