Helena's Hair Design

I've been struggling to find someone to cut my hair in Dunedin for 3 years. Been driving back to Largo because I've been disappointed with the shops I have tried in Dunedin. I went to Helena's by chance a few months ago and was pleasantly surprised, went in as walk in (cash only) I didn't know till the end, was told go ahead and get cash we trust our customers. Wash, cut, styled. $20.00, went back today and it was just as pleasant . Will be my go to from now on.. Happy dance!!

DON'T HAVE VIVIAN CUT LONG HAIR!! I went in there yesterday for a trim and long layers. My hair was down to the top of my butt. When I left there my hair was just above my shoulders. OMG I was shocked. I'm trying to deal with it right now. Becuase there is nothing I can do about it. It's gone and I had no choice. I trusted her to know what she was doing. I will not go back. I wanted to warn ya'll.

Took my senior mom for a haircut with Vivian at Helena's Hair Design. Mom was very happy and she looks so cute with her new pixie style cut. Great service, great prices very friendly atmosphere, and we will be returning.

I had an appt with Vivian at 11:30 today. I arrived 5 min early to find that she wasn’t even there and another client was waiting for her. She also had an 11:30 appt. She finally strolled in and was flippant about the fact that she was late. Told me she was going to do the other lady and then me in15-20 min. I guess she figured her time was more valuable than mine. I left.
