Helen Nails

Not sure how this place has above a 4 rating! Went here around noon today to get a dip . Five hours later the gel top coat bubbled and PEELED OFF ALL MY nails. Paid $55 and now my nails look matte and poorly finished.

First time here... while they are nice enough I think my pedicure should have lasted longer than 30 minutes. Well, the massage was nice when she did the scrub one. It wasn't done individually. She did both of them at the same time. It's just not what I'm used to Also I wasn't asked if I wanted more than a basic one. Then when I was ready to go I asked the girl to clean three nail polish spots they didn't understand me.. I said Forget it I'll do it myself when I get home. The language barrier is very hard and I won't be back.

Helen Nails lost a loyal customer today. I usually always come here and get my nails done by a male nail tech who is very nice and does amazing work. Today it was done by Helen who skipped filing on one hand and then lied to me and was rude when I politely asked her about it. I asked for gel removal and the whole time she was mumbling to herself that it’s not gel. At the end she tells me that she normally charges $25 for removal and only charged me $10. However I did not ask for this discount and would have been fine paying the amount the removal actually costed if she had told me that upfront rather than her trying to skip filing on one hand to save time and then being rude and telling me it was a waste of her 30 mins. If you go here, just beware that if you get Helen you likely will get

Small clean place with relaxing music and good prices. They did a nice job on my shellac Mani so I've been back a few times and I have been pleased so far. Make an appointment if you can!

The staff here always does great work and always does their best to get you scheduled ASAP. They are attentive and I’ve never had any issues with my manicures or pedicures. They have lots of color options and very friendly techs who have impeccable attention to detail. I cannot recommend them enough! They will never make you feel rushed, have a relaxing atmosphere, and the salon along with their tools are very clean. They sanitize their work areas between every client. They’re in a central location and there is plenty of parking in the area.
