Esi is incredible. She knows her stuff! I had bodywork done and have never had anything like that done before. It was relaxing to a different level. She would go deep but it wouldn’t hurt and feel like she was going deep. I have signed up for bi-weekly Appts because I know I am only going to feel even better next time !!!

I've visited HECM Wellness twice and each time has been great. The massage room has just the right lighting and atmosphere to help you unwind. Esi is wonderful—she's attentive and really tuned in to what my body needs. She not only ensured my comfort throughout the session but also guided me in how to relax fully. I especially loved the scalp and neck massage at the end of the session. It was incredibly soothing. Since I first visit, I’ve noticed less tension in my body. I wholeheartedly recommend Esi and HECM Wellness to anyone looking for a thorough, caring massage that will leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The quality of care here makes it easy to return, and I certainly intend to do so.

Esi was incredibly knowledgeable she didn’t just rub over knots or tension she knew exactly how to work the areas to melt the tension and alleviate knots. Clean relaxing space not spa definitely more medical professional but very relaxing low lights nice calming music- def recommend especially if you want to feel good the rest of the day not just the time on the massage bed!

I was having some shoulder and upper back pain from exercise and overuse of my arm. Esi listened carefully and asked detailed questions to help best determine the course of treatment. The massage was very focused on the area of my arm where I needed help. I left feeling relaxed and with some regained mobility in my shoulder. I will certainly go back and recommend HECM in the future. RH

I’ve been having hip pain for months, and after one session, Esi managed to significantly reduce my pain. She really took the time to understand the issue in detail, and was thoughtful about what she was doing. Would defintiely recommend!
