Heavenly Nails

1st time here after many yrs. Family member highly recommended them. Came with my daughter for a pedicure. Both of our toes looked terrible. I was left with uneven nails with shellac. I will not come back after spending over $100 on two shellac pedicures that sucked! Barely got a massage and my heels were not left smooth.

Terrible place to do an acrylic nail removal. They used the electric nail filer to remove my nails and with acetone. Basically shaved my actual nail. My nails hurt. Such a terrible place. Don’t come here. I told the manager they weren’t doing the removal correctly and dismissed me as “well that’s how we do it”. 0 STAR PLACE ZERO.

Nice shop the young lady was nice. I was greeted when I entered. Due to the reviews I was hesitant to go for lashes. However, I took a chance. I get individual lashes usually no more than $25 where i normal go (Airtex Nails ). I know mink lashes are higher but most nail salons are priced around the same. As soon as she started I could feel a tingle but I figured it could be a different glue. The total was $46 which was shocking because these were cluster individual lashes. Of course I paid. As soon as I walked out my eyes watered didn't pull off for about 10 minutes. As days went by my eyes were irritated but I couldn't get them off. Took about 1 week to get them all off. Ask for (KIM)My first experience was pretty damn good. I love when the communication is taken in consideration. I got “The first class” pedicure with shellac for $50 and got each toe nail painted a different color. Which was hard for me to pick and keep up with five numbers of my color choice! Kim was very helpful. I asked for more hot water , she heard me and politely turned the water up to my liking! I have no complaints here! The customer service here was well tipped.
