I went to Joy for a simple hair color touch-up, and it ended up taking over 8 hours, finishing after the salon was closed. She was very rough while detangling my hair, and after all that time, I left with my hair completely wet — no blow dry included. When I dried it myself at home, it was dry, brittle, and damaged. The color wasn’t what I asked for, and when I reached out about it, Joy was defensive and refused a refund. Not worth the time or money.

I have been looking for someone to style my natural hair and Kim is great. After leaving Heavenly Hair I don't have to do anything but wrap my hair until my next appointment. The atmosphere is great and the area is always well kept. She tries to get you in and out but with a satisfied look.

Byron did a great job with my hair style (feed in braids) the price was affordable, the salon was clean and I will definitely recommend this salon for your hair care needs.

My family likes Byron's great customer service and how he styles their hair. I've had family from Orlando drive to Tallahassee to get their hair done.
