I love coming to Heaven and nail spa!! Mia, the owner, does EXCELLENT work! She has perfected the art of sculpting and shaping the perfect nail. She’s also super personable and provides outstanding customer service. The nail salon atmosphere is chic and inviting with a soothing music playlist. My nails always come on out exactly how I want them because of Mia. And co worker Elsy is super nice and funny too, I enjoy talking with her during my visit. 10/10 recommendations Heaven and Nails Spa!!

Mia is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! When I first found a nail salon in Greensboro, I stuck to all of my plain Jane nude colors…until I stumbled upon Mia that is! Not only did she encourage me to think outside the box and face my fears of getting away from just solid colors, but she has always been able to see a vision and/or make my vision come to light with the same classy look, just more detail. She really takes her time with me. My nails are always neat and precise, she’s friendly and most importantly, has the absolute best personality. I can’t say enough great things about her. Just all around TOP NOTCH! When you find the perfect nail tech, stick with them. That said, I followed her all the way to Winston Salem if that says anything. I came here tonight for the first time to get my nails done and Mia was absolutely amazing. She took the design that I wanted made it her own did a fantastic job better than the picture that I brought her not only that she was super sweet and friendly so personable I will definitely be coming back here from now on this will be my new nail salon for sure. She did an amazing job at sculpting the shape perfectly. Thank you so much, Mia. I absolutely adore you.

I absolutely love my nails!!! Elsy was my technician and I have never been so pleased, elsy every step of the way checked in to make sure I was pleased, she took her time, and took care of my natural bed. 10/10 highly recommend.

Mia is absolutely lovely! She is always willing to figure out what you are wanting and make it work. Her design skills are absolutely incredible.
