REPOSTING SINCE MY FRIENDS REVIEW OF HER EXPERIENCE WAS DELETED WITH NO HELP FROM THE OWNER FOR THE TRAUMATIZING EXPERIENCE SHE HAD. Have been going to heathers off and on for over a decade... unfortunately had the worst hair experience this past weekend. Asked for a color correction and walked out with something that was not even close to what I asked for. I asked to cut and thin my hair and I walked out with thicker hair than I did walking in. Wish I never went sadly. I know they tried their best which is why I payed, but I wish I was made aware of how under qualified the hair dresser was before I let her bleach and dye my hair 3-5 times in one day. overall traumatizing experience and I won't be trusting anyone with my hair for a very long time. I took my granddaughter here for her real first salon experience. She has been wanting to cut her long hair for some time. It was our first visit here. Samantha did the cut and style. My granddaughter and I are over the moon how beautiful it came out. I will definitely be going back to this Salon again.

This is the first time I went to this hair salon. Heather did a great job and I will use her as my second hairdresser. My regular hairdresser went on a trip. I knew Heather from her doing another client of mine. Prices were very reasonable. Very happy with the cut and the style. If you don't have a shop to go to, I highly recommend Heather's Hair Design.

I have been having my haircut at Heather's long before it was Heather's, when it was Eduardo's in Chelmsford and then to Lowell. They have always done a wonderful/professional job and are always very pleasurable to work with. I just love the entire staff. My son also gets his haircut with Lisa and had been going there since he was 2 years old. He's now 15 and still loves the haircuts he receives. Great haircuts, we always look like a million bucks when I walk out of there. Thanks!
