I have been going here since August, and it has been nothing but an incredible experience! Maya has been so sweet, kind, and flexible with dying my hair. She is such a pleasure to be around, answers all of my questions, etc. Through Maya I met Karoline! I had HORRIBLE tape in extensions and she worked miracles! She explained the whole process of IBE (invisible bead extensions), maintenance, etc and responded so fast if I had any questions no matter what they were. I have had absolutely no issues with them, and have gained so much confidence because of her incredible work! This was my first time with extensions and it's been fantastic - Caroline did an amazing job educating me on how to care for them and maintenance! They have turned out beautiful and I've gotten so many compliments on them and how natural they look. Love them and can't imagine living without them now honestly! So this has been my first time ever getting extensions and it’s been a long time since I went to a professional place to get my hair done. Not only is the environment so welcoming and cute and a place where you feel safe, but Karol is an amazing person who just heightened my experience by far. She’s super easy to talk to and get along with. I love that she’s honest with me about what we can and can’t do and she’s super nice if it comes to unfortunate “no’s”. I have never been happier with my hair or my stylist. She’s been able to do anything that I asked for even if I want a different cut every time I come in, or if it’s just a little touch ups. Louiza did my hair and she was amazing. Best hair wash I’ve ever had. Also side note, most comfortable wash bowl I’ve ever experienced. But back to Louiza, she was super prepared when I came in, talked me through my whole service, and then executed my service perfectly. I left with exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t believe how young she was given her skill level. Highly highly recommend!!!
