Edit: A month later and still dealing with the aftermath of the worth haircut of my life. Finally went to an actual professional and had to lose an additional 4 inches to get rid of the awful layers, the gaps, holes and unevenness of my haircut. Save yourself the time, the money, the tears, and the months of growth needed after going here. From long, beautiful hair to extremely short neck length hair. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I went in for a trim and unfortunately got stuck with Holland. She said “what are we doing today” and I said “just a trim with a few light layers” as I was pulling out my phone to show her photos. She said “NO, what are we doing TODAY?!” At that point I should have got up and asked for someone else, or simply walked out. She is very rude, and disrespectful. I ca

Have brought my son there twice. First time the haircut was atrocious. Second time, today, wasn't as bad but still not very good. Uneven fades, asymmetrical sides and his bangs (his hair lays forward) are jagged and uneven. Oh and they couldn't take the coupon, which is the only reason I chanced it again.

I am a hard guy to please, even if only a haircut, but they were successful. I am a happy customer.

First time at this location had a great experience I did call in advance so a short wait time place was clean staff experience will use this place again.

We went to the Heath, location. The woman named Linda was very rough and rude with my son. She didn’t listen to what he asked for and did not do a very good job I had to take him to another person to get his hair fixed. He paid with his own money and she gave him a bad experience.
