I’ve always had issues going to other salons and stylists but Rachel is my girllll! She gave me exactly what i asked for and for once did not chop my hair off. She’s sweet, personable, and professional. All the staff are kind and amazing! Rachel eats everytime with my hair!

5 stars! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere m is stylish and welcoming. Rachel is absolutely excellent when it comes to blonding services. She understands tone, dimension and how to achieve the most perfect blonde every time! She listens carefully to what you want, explains the process and delivers the beautiful results that always exceed expectations. I usually don’t write reviews but my experience with this place has been poor. I went in to get my hair done with Kennedi. I had been getting blonde partial balayages done and wanted to go back to my natural brown hair. She mixed up the color without showing me. It came out black. When i pointed this out, she said it was because i had to get use to it going from blonde to darker. she admitted it came out darker than expect but did not apologize or anything. i was still charged full price and even for the extra color needed for the amount of hair i have. she attempted to lighten it and it did nothing. She said i could come back and she could try to lighten it but i dont see how to lighten BLACK hair other than wash it until it fades. i had to go home and try to lighten it by washing with da

I hate to be this person but I think people should be warned. My hair cut and color last week were terrible. I asked for a trim and the stylist cut a significant portion of my hair off. And it wasn’t just too short, but extremely choppy and uneven. The owner fixed what she could but the damage had been done. It will be months before it looks better. If you’re someone looking to get a shortish haircut, make sure to ask for a stylist that’s comfortable with doing that kind of cut. As for the color, I asked to go to my natural color with lighter face framing in a neutral blonde. I ended up with chunky golden blonde highlights and low lights. Heat has a lot of young stylists that don’t seem to know what they’re doing.
