Jeaneen Barletta has taken very good care of my hair at the lovely Hearten Hairdressing, where she has created an oasis of calmness, spending as much time as I needed to feel comfortable before cutting or coloring my hair. I always left feeling relaxed with great hair! Definitely the best in Arlington!
