Heart My Nails

Super sweet people!! However I will never be going back!! I’ve gone 3 or 4 times and the last time I went my nails were done horribly. I got dip and I have been getting dip on my nails for almost a year and I’ve never had problems. But this time They were bumpy, uneven, Some were longer than others and some didn’t even have a top shiny coat. I don’t notice it until the next day when someone said something about it. Fast forward to today (that was 3 weeks ago) my nails are out grown (normal) but one finger is swollen and hurting. So I take the nails off myself (didn’t have time to sit in a chair just to take them off). Once I got them off I noticed and yellow brown spot on the finger that’s in pain. Some of my co workers are telling me it’s fungus!! Long story short I do not recommend goin

They are absolutely wonderfu! My daughter had an idea of what she wanted and they NAILED IT! As she would say "he ATE" We will definitely be back! My girls have new nail shop!

Very sweet lady, however I was there for over an hour waiting and I asked for gel polish instead of a manicure because it’s cheaper and she still did a manicure on me and charged me. There’s polish on my skin, not clean, and everywhere. After she completely finished my nails she filed my sides again and it’s all chipped now!! I’m so upset with what happened and I won’t be going back.

I have Been going here for about 3 years and i never had a problem. They are friendly for the most part and sometimes there is a long wait. However recently i had gotten gel polish two times. The first time i noticed It came off within the first week but i didn’t think anything of it. However, I got a gel polish on Saturday and they all peeled off within five days of getting them done on Wednesday. I called them to let them know and i asked If i could Come in but they said they would charge me. I told them the polish hasn’t been on a week why should i be Charged another 20$ for their mistake. I left my number for the manager to call me and he never did. Unfortunately I’m tired of the same mistakes and will not be returning

they don’t treat their black customers as equally at their white customers. , they took an extremely long time to give me a pedicure. they took about 2 customers before me. and made me move to 3 different seats. one lady who started my toes stopped & said she had another customer. the next lady didn’t even speak to me and kept staring at me while doing my pedicure. if you’re black, don’t come here. they will make you feel extremely uncomfortable.
