Heart Mind Hand

I had an amazing massage with Sandy at Heart Mind Hand, and I can honestly say it was one of the best bodywork experiences I’ve ever had! He’s not only super skilled but also really intuitive — he knew exactly where to focus and how much pressure to use. His touch is both strong and precise, yet soothing and restorative, melting away layers of tension I didn’t even realize I was holding. I left feeling relaxed, lighter, and like a whole new person. As a former athletic trainer and physiotherapy student, I am very particular about who works on my body. Since moving to Los Angeles, I have searched for someone who meets the standard of body work that my training and history has accustomed me to, a search that has led me to Sandy.  By far, the most intuitive masseuse I have come across, Sandy listens with his hands and will find what needs working on without you even needing to tell him. He’s also just a super genuine and kind person. Highly recommend! Sandy is the best!
