1 Star (only because zero isn’t an option) Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. We signed up for a 90-day online trial subscription but didn’t end up using it. Before the trial ended, we canceled — yet they still charged our account for the next month’s subscription. When we requested a refund, my wife was told that they “don’t issue refunds” and wasn’t allowed to speak to a supervisor or manager. After several follow-up calls, we were finally told that a refund was “pending” and would take 3–5 business days. That deadline came and went with no refund. When I called again, I was eventually transferred to someone claiming to be a supervisor, who then said it could actually take 7–10 business days — and that a holiday (Indigenous Peoples’ Day/Columbus Day) might cause additio

I made the mistake of taking a trial 4 week subscription. They billed me twice 12/24 and 1/2. Needless to say they have not refunded it. Was told today it would take 3-5 business days, but after reading someone else's review that doesn't happen. Of the 4 weeks of delivery, I received one paper buried in the snow unreadable, 2nd week I got it and the last 2 weeks haven't. It seems if you don't call right away that works against you. A score of 1 is even too high. The last person I spoke with said he would personally take care of it, Holding my breath. Seems none of them know who is higher up for complaints or solving a problem. Was in Customer Service for 40 years, a problem like this would have been solved right away to the customers satisfaction.

Scam company. Will continue to charge you no matter what. Luckily I set up my account with a Venmo card, so I just ordered a new one. Good try guys. Should consider making money a legal way

They don't respond to emails, or pick up the phone to cancel! You can't do it online and apparently it is "impossible" to do refunds even though you notified them months ago that you moved to another country and have absolutely no need for their subscription. Totally dodgy, avoid! Concerning they want to trap you in

Awful service. This week alone, two papers were undelivered, promised replacement by noon. Never came. Sunday's paper had black blotches on many pages. Again promised redelivery. Never came. Called again today, told I'd receive a month free to compensate. To be continued.
