Healthy Massage Spa

This was actually my first time ever getting a professional massage, and it was a really good experience. I went in with a lot of tension in my back and neck, and the therapist did great work working through it. What impressed me most was that when she got to certain tight spots, I didn’t even have to say anything.. she could feel exactly where the tension was and focused on those areas right away. My back especially had a lot of tightness and she did a great job working through it. She also used hot stones toward the end which helped everything relax even more. I left feeling a lot looser and even a headache I had earlier was gone. Overall it was a professional and comfortable experience, especially for my first massage.
