For a business that supposedly is in the business of relaxing treatments its not a inviting place, I've came to this place twice and both times was told they were busy with no cars up front in parking lot and I also made an appointment both times and was denied, won't try that again so I would rate their customer service a 0 out of 10 I recommend you spend your money elsewhere. Where they know how to treat everyone equally. ZERO STARS
